At Bark Spa, we want you (and your pup) to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🐾 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item

📦 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@mybarkspa.com with the following:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

❗ Please do not return items without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

🔁 Replacements & Refunds

If your item is defective, we’ll send a free replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or general dissatisfaction

Items that show signs of misuse or accidental damage are not eligible
