We want you (and your pup) to love your Bark Spa. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 30 days as long as it hasn’t been used.
For hygiene and safety reasons, once the bath has been used with a pet, we’re not able to accept it back. In those rare cases, we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution
